Mind Nutrition Exercise
​Have you ever found following a diet rather stressful? One diet is not working, so you try another. You join the gym, but you don’t really want to give up your free time for it and it’s expensive. You read every ‘healthy eating’ article you can find, but it’s overwhelming as there are so many different views. Maybe you even spend money on a consultation with a dietician. 
During the years of helping individuals and families change their health behaviour, I have come to the conclusion that a holistic approach is required in order to achieve lifelong positive results. This means addressing three main components: mind, nutrition and exercise.

So from the holistic perspective, what should someone who wants to lose weight healthily (and maintain their weight) do?

Mind: Look for ways to help you manage your stress levels, improve your self-esteem, gain more confidence, feed your motivation, and find support for this journey.

Nutrition: Learn to define healthy weight loss goals and strategies, based on scientific evidence and always adapted to YOU.

Exercise: To complement the mind and nutrition work, based on your goals, introduce the active component of a healthy lifestyle.

How can I help you?
Communication is the key. Everyone is different. Everyone has different thoughts, different views on the same subject. The best way for you to find a solution for your problem is to talk about it. So how can I help you? – I don’t know. You tell me.
