Most of us start a new year with the best intentions, knowing full-well that by February we will have given them up again already anyway. If one of your intentions is to build a mediation practice, I thought you might find these few simple tips helpful. And maybe they will help you to stick to your good intentions for a little while longer :)
To start meditating is a lot easier than you might think. Just forget about any ideas of having to sit still, with legs in a pretzel for hours on end and having to experience higher spheres from the word go. That’s not what meditation is about, and certainly not at the beginning.
