Join us for this all-day celebration of the richness and diversity of yoga ~ an opportunity to come together to learn, experience, share, connect and have fun! Experience a wide variety of yoga styles and disciplines ranging from Kundalini to Restorative Yoga through to Pilates, meditation and talks with our Little Yoga Space team.
09:00-10:00 - Gentle Yoga with Johanna
Start your Sunday morning with ease... tune in with your breath and come into a gentle flow with simple Yoga poses to relax your nervous system. Connect with your body and clear your mental channels for a positive feeling that you can take with you into the day.
10:15-11:15 - Kundalini Yoga with Mahan Atma (fully booked!)
This practice has been kept secret for thousands of years and started being taught openly only in 1969. It is designed for people who want the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times. A typical class includes a set of exercises (kriya) followed a relaxation and a meditation.
11:30-12:30 - Vinyasa Flow with Clara
A dynamic, moving meditation with the focus on synchronising movement and breath with awareness.
12:45-13:45 - Dancing with the Warriors with Sara
In this class the focus will be on the warrior teachings. In a perfect balance of mindful, fluid movement and clear alignment we flow through the poses as dancing warriors. Tune into your body, awaken the rhythm of your breath and practice, flowing with grace and ease and awakening your warrior energy.
14:00-15:00 - "Inner smile" with Martina
This class will focus on moving our full attention to our inner self and bringing out our inner smile. Finding the joy in movement, exploring our bodies in different asanas, working with our breath and finding the place of stillness within.
15:15-16:15 - Pain Relief Pilates with Cláudia (fully booked!)
Introducing effective ways to prevent and/or treat back pain through core muscles strengthening and muscular imbalance correction. Through mindfully controlled movements, the Pilates mat exercises aim to increase core strength, muscle balance, stability and general body awareness. In addition, you will learn how to incorporate Pilates into your daily life.
16:30-17:00 - "How to work with your energy" - a talk by Fiona
Would you like to be 'Joyfully Alive', have more vitality and gain more of a sense of Who You Really Are? You will particularly benefit from this talk if you are stuck, feel stressed or anxious, or are a highly sensitive person.

17:00-17:30 - “How well do you know your food?” - a talk by Cláudia
An introduction to nutrition offering some interactive exercises that will most likely change the way you think about food forever! Please bring a package of your favourite snack.
17:45-18:45 - Restorative Yoga with Arina (fully booked!)
A gentle practice to restore and balance your energy when you feel exhausted, anxious or stressed. We will stay in comfortable supported poses for longer periods of time. Creating a space, which allows our bodies to let go of tension and our entire nervous system can begin to 'relax'.
19:00-20:00 - Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage with Kat
Aside from learning some fun and delicious moves and stretches of this ancient healing art, you will get a chance to embody the main principles of this bodywork - loving kindness, compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity. Thai Yoga Massage is like a meditation in action, with two people on the mat, a sacred dance.
20:15-21:15 - Meditation with live music with José and Kat
Let's close the day with a practice of self-love, freeing the inner Joy, and surrendering to humanity. Listen to José’s high vibrational music, join in with song and dance, sit in stillness, enjoy poetry. This practice connects us deeply to our true nature and with the rising energy, we experience a sense of oneness.

Note, the two half-hour talks by Fiona and Cláudia together count as ONE session.
Booking is absolutely essential!! Payment happens on the day (cash only please). Please take your registration seriously - if you book, we will assume that you will come. Should your plans change in any way, we expect you to let us know, so we can free up your place for someone else.

Tea and water will be available for free all day. We will also offer a few little snacks at very low reasonable prices. But feel free to bring your own lunch if you want to come for the whole day.

What to bring
Yoga mats and props are all provided, so no need to bring any. As we have limited space available at Little Yoga Space, please come in your yoga clothes already if at all possible. But of course, there will be a small changing area and space to leave your shoes and coats.
