Meditation is a journey from external triggers to inner silence and harmony.
Many years ago I decided to try a meditation I read in a book. Little did I know that such a small decision would have a temendous impact in my life. It was the start of a completely diferente approach to life and the world. Meditation has helped me to use my inner wisdom and guidance, by creating the space and the silence needed to connect within.
From that moment on I discovered that I am not my thought or beliefs and I began to understand the there’s a lot more to life than what we can see with our eyes. Meditation has helped me to stay calm amongst storms and caos, bringing me peace and the ability to change how I experienced life’s challenges.
It is truly one of my passions and one of my favorite things to share and teach.
That’s why I’ve put together this simple and practical online course for beginners - I want to give you the support and guidance I didn’t find when I was starting this journey.
Meditation is a very simple tool with a reputation for being very difficult.
But meditation really is possible for everyone. With meditation you can train your mind so that you are no longer controlled by those never ending repetitive thoughts, your mind stories that trigger emotional pain like stress, fear and worry.
With this simple practice you’ll be inviting into your life more relaxation, clarity, positivity, happiness and even better health. To put it simply- when you meditate it’s a lot easier to succeed at living in the present moment, being centered, peaceful and enjoying your life with a positive perspective.
