Guided Meditation with Catarina
Meditation is a very simple tool with a reputation for being very difficult. But meditation is for everyone and it only requires your willingness to do it.
With meditation you can train your mind so that you are no longer controlled by those never ending repetitive thoughts, your mind stories that trigger so much emotional pain like stress, fear and worry. With this simple practice you’ll be inviting into your life more relaxation, clarity, positivity, happiness and even better health. To put it simply- when you meditate it’s a lot easier to succeed at living in the present moment, being centred, peaceful and enjoying your life with a positive perspective.

Catarina knows this because she has been practicing meditation for many years and has experienced a huge internal shift due to this practice. And now she’s sharing her love for this ancient spiritual tool and inviting you to join these guided meditation sessions that are easy to follow, even if you have no previous experience. Every session will be a different meditation but it will always be a simple, creative, peaceful and grounding experience.
The space is limited so registration is needed.

A Meditação é uma ferramenta simples com reputação de ser muito difícil. Mas a meditação é para toda a gente, e apenas exige que tenhas vontade de o fazer. Com a meditação conseguimos treinar a mente para deixarmos de ser controlados pelos pensamentos repetitivos e intermináveis, que despoletam constante sofrimento emocional, como medo, preocupação e stress. Através desta prática simples, poderás convidar para a tua vida mais relaxamento, clareza, optimismo, felicidade e até saúde. Resumidamente, quando meditas é bem mais fácil viver no momento presente, centrado, calmo e desfrutar da vida com uma perspectiva positiva.

E agora quer partilhar o seu amor por esta antiga ferramenta espiritual e vem convidar-te para as sessões de meditação guiada. São meditações fáceis de seguir, mesmo para quem nunca praticou antes. Todos os dias haverá uma meditação diferente, mas será sempre uma experiência simples, criativa, relaxante e enraizadora.

Mindfulness Meditation with Lillian
In these Mindfulness sessions, we take our seats and slow down. We drop out of our busy thinking heads, and into our fully alive and sensing bodies. Nothing to fix, nothing to do. Just be. As our bodies begin to settle, we invite our minds to do so as well. We practice grounding ourselves, observing and relating to our bodies, thoughts and emotions in kinder and more helpful ways, so that we can find more clarity, space and freedom.
These sessions are for those who would like to explore Mindfulness, as well as those who have followed an MBSR/Mindfulness course and would like to keep up their practice and have some “refill”.
The sessions consist of a 15 minutes talk on a topic of mindfulness, followed by 45 minutes of Mindfulness practice (usually a combination of seated practice, movement, and body scan). As with all Mindfulness practice, the guidance are only invitations, and you are always free not to follow the guidance if your gut feeling tells you to. The sessions offer a safe and supportive space for being, exploring and learning, without performance or judgment.

Voice Bath and Heart Sound Meditation with Anna & friends
A deeply relaxing experience for mind, body and spirit. Lie down to be bathed in sounds created in the moment by three singers. The session begins with a guided meditation to connect with your body and breath. We then use vocal techniques such as “toning” and "overtoning" for you to gradually relax more into your body, followed by creating vocal landscapes and melodies we dedicate to you in the moment. After receiving the Voice Bath we will sit together in a circle for a Heart Sound Meditation, to release any left over tensions through soft humming and sounding from our heart space.
