Movement Analytic Therapy
If you want to get rid of your anxieties, fears, pains, restlessness, panic attacks, sleeping problems, or problematic diagnoses in general, Movement Analytic Therapy might be able to help you. Become conscious about your movements in an intersubjective nonverbal and verbal experience, find out what you hold back in your actions and become aware that your movements are the visible bridge from your preverbal embodied memories to your action resources in daily life.
Getting clear about your body movements/actions and interactions will make a difference, heal your wounds, resolve your problems and change your perspectives.
In Movement Analytic Therapy sessions you will get closer to your inner truth, getting in touch with your embodied conflicts. Your journey of „healing from within“ can begin.
Dania provides her services in English, Portuguese, german and Spanish.
