Restorative Yoga - relax and restore
Are you looking for techniques to help you reduce stress and anxiety levels and bring a sense of calm and peace back into your body and mind? Restorative Yoga is a very gentle practice designed to provide the space and environment for the body to let go of tension and holding and to help balance the nervous system. With the use of bolsters, blankets and other supporting props, the body is fully supported and invited to unwind. Often, this results in reduction of pain and improvement of sleep and restores a general sense of well-being.
1-2-1 Yoga
