The 20-hour immersion will prepare students to work with the special needs of prenatal students. This is a one weekend journey to empowerment and self-discovery. An invaluable course with stellar tools for more conscious and peaceful pregnancy, birth and motherhood. You will learn the art of transmitting the ancient philosophy of yoga to pregnant women, and how to support and inspire them safely and with awareness.
The program covers yoga during pregnancy as well as healthy and conscious eating, herbal remedies and the importance of voice, music and dance. The type of yoga taught is based on dynamic sequences. We create a flow of constant movement. We believe movement is the source of life. We see yoga during pregnancy as a gentle dance between the mother and her baby

This course is led by Sandra Varas, one of the most recognized prenatal yoga teachers and defensors of conscious birth in Barcelona.
Sandra is a devoted mother of a beautiful little boy, and a certified yoga teacher by the Yoga Alliance, who has specialized in Prenatal Yoga over the years. Now she is fully dedicated to the world of women, pregnancy and motherhood. Her main wish is to return the natural wisdom back to women by allowing them to enjoy a more humanized childbirth. She also specialized in Pelvic Floor Recovery, Spiritual and Physical Preparation for Birth; Partner work before birth, Restorative yoga for post-natal period, but the most reveling experience has been her own pregnancy and birth. Her background is filled up with adventures and wild expiriences as she is also a journalist and documentary film maker. A job that allowed her to travel and meet fascinating cultures around the world where women are still in charge of their own births. She created this teacher training 8 years ago as a tool to expand the knowledge of women and create community among them.
