Femininity & Cyclical Life ~ a workshop for women with Stine Marcinkowski
During these two and a half hours Stine will do an introduction about our female menstrual cycle and its different seasons. She will talk about how each season affects us and how we can work with our cycle in order to manage our lives wisely. We will share details about our own femininity and cyclical life, do a cycle exercise and then move our bodies through a guided somatic dance improvisation. Lastly we will relax and be with our inner selves with the group acting as our outer safety or container.
The circle is open for any woman who feels a calling to share and move together with other women and be in intimate contact for a few hours. Appropriate from age 18 and up.
Stine Marcinkowski is a somatic movement educator, mindfulness coach and dance artist who works within the field of creativity, stress management, personal sustainability and self leadership. Stine has a great interest in the woman's cyclical life and currently examines how we can live more in harmony with our menstrual cycle in order to handle stress better and express our creativity and sexuality in a conscious way. Stine's work is inspired by mindfulness, somatic movement practice, dance and voice improvisation, yoga therapy for women and The Red School.

Laughter Yoga workshop - with Johanna
Let go of physical and emotional tension. Boost your immune system and feel more light-hearted and joyful! Laughter is the best medicine for a healthy and happy life.
Laughter Yoga is a practise, involving prolonged voluntary laughter and yogic breathing techniques that provide the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter - if practised for a minimum of 10 minutes. You will experience, what an excellent cardio-exercise Laughter can be.
To get the full benefits of the practise we will warm up with a social game and some playful movement, involving clapping and deep breathing techniques. We continue with Laughter Yoga exercises and childlike playfulness to release tension and eventually find our unconditional laughter. We will finish with a deep relaxation to ground ourselves and integrate all the benefits of the practise.
Learn how to do these exercises on a regular basis to bring more joy and laughter into your life and release endorphins - its better than chocolate! :)
Johanna is a passionate traveller, and surfer and has been practising yoga for over 12 years. After travelling the world, experimenting with different yoga styles and methods eventually her travels brought her to the country of origin of yoga, India. She completed several yoga teacher trainings with Trimurti Yoga School (RYS Yoga Alliance) and has found Laughter Yoga there. is essentially passionate about the healing qualities of the voice. As a singer and psychologist she found an inspiring match in Voice Movement Therapy (VMT), a safe foundation to assist people in reconnecting with their authenticity through their voice.
She found that the playful nature of VMT encourages people to unfold their personal stories in guided voice movement journeys. In her sessions she assists her clients in connecting with their authenticity through movement and voice, inviting them to create their own life poems and soul songs. Her intention is to provide a safe playground for profound and creative self-expression.
What Hilke H. said about this workshop
“Taking Anna’s Voice workshop left me grow far behind using my voice – it revealed to me the immense healing power that sits underneath our own verbal expression.
Anna has a wonderful energy. She is beautifully present, calm, passionate and creative. She held a safe space for me to comfortably feel and express myself through my own voice – singing, giggling or speaking. Nourishing on so many levels. I hugely recommend her outstanding work.”

Yoni Egg Intro Workshop ~ with Martina
Our womb and yoni is our inner sanctum, a place to access our wisdom, our power. We all come from this magical, profound place. And yet, generally we don’t honor this sacred place, most of us use our wombs as psychic garbage bins throwing there emotions that we’re unwilling to feel or face. Yoni in sanskrit literally means sacred temple and is used to refer to a woman’s vagina.
Very often we are completely cut off from our pelvic area, the center of our vital, creative, sexual force. We store a lot of repressed emotions and beliefs about our sexuality in our yoni that can cause pain or numbness.
Yoni egg is an amazing tool that helps us to gain more awareness and sensitivity in our yoni. Yoni eggs are made of different types of crystals but traditionally they were made of jade in ancient China. Jade has a high vibration and is a very balancing stone, therefore it’s a perfect stone to start with. Consciously using a yoni egg can be an effective tool to changing pattern of the cellular memory and assisting in regaining a healthy balance in the sensual tissues. It also enables you to start perceiving your yoni in a new way and even grow new nerves in the yoni and pelvis and therefore expand your pleasure potential.
The egg helps to tone the lower abdomen and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic and urogenital diaphragms, which serve as a floor for all our vital organs. When these muscles are strong they prevent leakage of our vital force and sexual energy.
This workshop will be held in a safe space in a circle of women where every single woman will be encouraged to respect her own needs and limitations and go at her own pace. We will use our breath, movement and presence to connect to different parts of our yoni, strengthen her muscles as well as find some softness in the tissues where we might hold tensions to restore the natural balance and unlock her full potential and power.
Some Benefits of yoni egg you can experience:
• Increasing perception of your yoni
• Gaining control of the perineum and all groups of pelvic floor muscles
• Awakening your creative energy, passion and libido
• Becoming more orgasmic
• Harmonizing your emotions and healing your relationship to intimacy and sexuality
• Reducing PMS, menstrual cramps, breast discomfort
• Reducing menopausal symptoms, by increasing vaginal lubrication and balancing estrogen levels
In this workshop you will learn:
• Microcosmic breathing to move your energy around the body
• Breast massage techniques
• Basic yoni mapping with the help of the egg
• Different positions to work with the egg to activate different parts and muscles of your yoni
Note: Please bring your own yoni egg. If you don't have one and you would like to participate please let me know.
