Yoni egg intro workshop - with Martina
Our womb and yoni is our inner sanctum, a place to access our wisdom, our power.
We all come from this magical, profound place. And yet, generally we don’t honor this sacred place, most of us use our wombs as psychic garbage bins throwing there emotions that we’re unwilling to feel or face. Yoni in sanskrit literally means sacred temple and is used to refer to a woman’s vagina.
Very often we are completely cut off from our pelvic area, the center of our vital, creative, sexual force. We are cut from the source of life. We store a lot of repressed emotions and beliefs about our sexuality in our yoni that can cause pain or numbness.
Yoni Egg is an amazing tool that helps us to gain more awareness and sensitivity in our yoni. Yoni eggs are made of different types of crystals but traditionally they were made of jade in ancient China. Jade has a high vibration and is a very balancing stone, therefore it’s a perfect stone to start with. Consciously using a Yoni Egg can be an effective tool to changing pattern of the cellular memory and assisting in regaining a healthy balance in the sensual tissues. It also enables you to start perceiving your yoni in a new way and even grow new nerves in the yoni and pelvis and therefore expand your pleasure potential.
The egg helps to tone the lower abdomen and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic and urogenital diaphragms, which serve as a floor for all our vital organs. When these muscles are strong they prevent leakage of our vital force and sexual energy.
This workshop will be held in a safe space in a circle of women where every single woman will be encouraged to respect her own needs and limitations and go at her own pace. We will use our breath, movement and presence to connect to different parts of our yoni, strengthen her muscles as well as find some softness in the tissues where we might hold tensions to restore the natural balance and unlock her full potential and power.
Some Benefits of Yoni Egg you can experience:
• Increasing perception of your yoni
• Gaining control of the perineum and all groups of pelvic floor muscles
• Awakening your creative energy, passion and libido
• Becoming more orgasmic
• Harmonizing your emotions and healing your relationship to intimacy and sexuality
• Reducing PMS, menstrual cramps, breast discomfort
• Reducing menopausal symptoms, by increasing vaginal lubrication and balancing estrogen levels
In this workshop you will learn:
• Microcosmic breathing to move your energy around the body
• Breast massage techniques
• Basic Yoni mapping with the help of the egg
• Different positions to work with the egg to activate different parts and muscles of your yoni
Note: Please bring your own Yoni egg. If you don't have one and you would like to participate please let me know.

Laughter Yoga workshop - with Johanna
Let go of physical and emotional tension. Boost your immune system and feel more light-hearted and joyful! Laughter is the best medicine for a healthy and happy life.
Laughter Yoga is a practise, involving prolonged voluntary laughter and yogic breathing techniques that provide the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter - if practised for a minimum of 10 minutes. You will experience, what an excellent cardio-exercise Laughter can be.
To get the full benefits of the practise we will warm up with a social game and some playful movement, involving clapping and deep breathing techniques. We continue with Laughter Yoga exercises and childlike playfulness to release tension and eventually find our unconditional laughter. We will finish with a deep relaxation to ground ourselves and integrate all the benefits of the practise.
Learn how to do these exercises on a regular basis to bring more joy and laughter into your life and release endorphins - its better than chocolate! :)

Tricky Transitions & Diving Deep with Essential Oils - with Elena Popova
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and creative yoga style that merges breath and movement into dancelike sequences of asanas (yoga postures). Its playful nature invites you to explore the yoga practice by flowing from one asana to another and to dive deeper into a moving meditation by embracing the pulsation of the breath and the body. As any other yoga practice its higher intention is to calm the mind, to inspire and give a new perspective, to bring a deeper understanding of oneself and to meaningfully transform your conscious life.
Aromatherapy is a broad field that we will only use as a complementary tool in this workshop. The essential oils we will use are natural. Inhaling them will help you dive deeper into your asana and meditation practice. The oils can release tensions more easily, shift the energy and reset old patterns.
Transitions in all dynamic yoga styles can be challenging. Gracefully flowing from one asana to another is very beautiful, rewarding and meditative but it requires some knowledge about the alignment of the body in the posture, a steady breath, a lot of concentration, self awareness and of course regular practice. In this workshop you will flow through some sequences by getting to explore different asanas in a free and intuitive way. You will get some cues on aligning the body to then find a feeling of lightness in the asana and add your own spice to its expression. You will get hints on how to use the breath as one of the most important tools in order to gracefully flow between the asanas. For the more advanced yogis there will be an opportunity to explore some of the more tricky transitions and to get some new input.
Elena just moved to Lisbon and is a Vinyasa yoga teacher from Bulgaria/ Germany. She took her first yoga class 15 years ago and it has been a part of her life ever since. She teaches and practices a fusion of pulsating Prana Flow-inspired Vinyasa classes with elements of dance, martial arts, improvisation, psychology, aromatherapy, massage and meditation. Her specialty is creative sequencing, core strength, detox and a transformative mindset shift. She believes that yoga is a powerful transformational tool and that it adds a lot of value to our lives.
All levels are welcome! Beginner yogis: be open to this new experience and bring some comfy clothes. Experienced yogis: you are welcome to let me know in advance if you would like to work on a specific aspect of your flow yoga practice.
