About Anna Grabner
is essentially passionate about the healing qualities of the voice. As a singer and psychologist she found an inspiring match in Voice Movement Therapy (VMT), a safe foundation to assist people in reconnecting with their authenticity through their voice.
She found that the playful nature of VMT encourages people to unfold their personal stories in guided voice movement journeys. In her sessions she assists her clients in connecting with their authenticity through movement and voice, inviting them to create their own life poems and soul songs. Her intention is to provide a safe playground for profound and creative self-expression.

A weekend of Yoga, Thai Massage & Meditation inspired by Santo António ~ with Arina & Katrin
We both approach Yoga as an invitation to play with gravity, to free the breath and to find space in the body so it can move to its full potential. As we bring awareness to what is happening inside and where we are in the present moment, the body is encouraged to release where it is holding. That way the body can start to work deeper and move more freely into yoga postures. Coming from a quieter and more loving place helps us embark on a journey of restoration and transformation.
The Thai Massage
Thai Yoga Massage comes from an ancient Buddhist tradition and is a unique combination of yoga, acupressure, meditation, physiotherapy and energy work. With its grounding and deeply relaxing qualities, it is the perfect antidote to our modern lifestyle stresses. It is a practice of compassion and loving kindness shared by two people on the mat. Through this unique connection, we enter into a safe space where we can release tension and blockages, so not only the body can regenerate, but the mind also has a chance to quieten down.
Inspired by the peace and love-blessed life of Saint Anthony who is celebrated in Lisbon every June, we will explore and enquire into self-compassion and how we can harness its power in day-to-day living. With gentle guided meditations and reflection exercises, we slowly return into our shining Self. From a place of self-love, we also explore how to make a positive difference in the world and leave a loving legacy (as Saint Anthony did).

Yoga Nidra workshop ~ with Ma Mandira Anand
Yoga Nidra is practiced in Savasana and is a scientifically proven technique to induce profound relaxation on a physical, emotional and mental level.
The workshop starts with a theoretical part, followed by some asanas, then you will be bathed in harmonium sound and from there we move directly into the Yoga Nidra practical part.
Yoga Nidra practical part: We will start with a prolonged body scan, to release tension and holding in the body, followed by a guided visualization. We will also work with a Sankalpa while being in this powerful state between waking and sleeping, sowing the seed of what you want to bring into your life that is meant for you - health, happiness, love, abundance- and to let go of everything that´s not needed.

We will dive into a Bhakti practice which is a devotional practice, to get a deep connection to our hearts, to heal and to experience the power of sound. By chanting mantras we raise consciousness, we free our mind and we tune into the universal vibration.
No experience in Bhakti Yoga needed, no musical experience needed, just come as you are.

Acupuncture has been practiced for thousands of years in Asia. Traditionally friends and family do it together. This is known as “community acupuncture.” Much like a group meditation session, you’re gathered in one room, relaxing quietly and peacefully in a healing environment as your body is restored and finds balance.

How does it work?
Hayley will chat quietly with you about what you need, then direct you to get comfortable on a yoga mat or chair. She will take your pulse and look at your tongue, then gently put in the needles. You’ll rest while your body relaxes during treatment. Sessions last 30 minutes (so please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the end), which is plenty of time for the acupuncture to do its work.
