Remember the trees as their leaves change color and drop. They've removed the chlorophyll (the green color) to store it for future use, and the leaves fall because as sunlight levels decrease, photosynthesis is no longer used to generate energy. Our bodies and minds need to do something similar in order to be healthy. When we let go of things we don't need, we can reconnect to deep and rejuvenating central energy cores that are there to sustain us in times of transition. If you need help finding center in this season of readjustment, you'll definitely want to join this hour of deliciousness.
We'll move through harmonizing qi gong, restorative acupuncture, nourishing essential oil and a deeply relaxing rest on the mat. This practice in the experience of wholeness is a profound way to promote health and mental equilibrium. No experience necessary.

Thai Yoga Massage is a practice of deep connection between two people with the aim to free and move blocked energy. Aside from learning some fun and delicious moves and stretches, you will get a chance to embody the main principles of this bodywork - loving kindness, compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity. Thai Yoga Massage is like a meditation in action, with two people on the mat, a sacred dance.
An in-depth introduction and exploration of the different facets of the powerful and subtle work of Thai Yoga Massage. This workshop offers the opportunity to enjoy giving and receiving some great bodywork. After a short overview of the background and history of Thai Yoga Massage, we will spend the time with hands-on learning.
By the end you will be able to practice a 45-minute sequence, that is easy and effective, and at the same time also feels great to receive. Discover how with a relatively short sequence you can already help someone to release body tension, restore their energy balance, establish a sense of grounding and state of deep relaxation. Your friends and family will be forever grateful.
If you are a yoga teacher or bodyworker already, you will also gain some moves you can apply in your existing work, improve your hands-on adjustment and sense of touch.

Restorative Yoga is a very gentle practice designed to provide the space and environment for the body to let go of tension and holding and to help balance the nervous system. With the use of bolsters, blankets and other supporting props, the body is fully supported and invited to unwind. Often, this results in reduction of pain and improvement of sleep and restores a general sense of well-being.

How does it work?
Hayley will chat quietly with you about what you need, then direct you to get comfortable on a yoga mat or chair. She will take your pulse and look at your tongue, then gently put in the needles. You’ll rest while your body relaxes during treatment. Sessions last 30 minutes (so please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the end), which is plenty of time for the acupuncture to do its work.

Get ready to go on a magic carpet ride adventure alongside Yoga Time Yay! We are going to co-create movement and stories, connect using our senses and remain curious of our whimsical imagination during Family Yoga Time! We’ll stretch and soothe our body through different shapes, we’ll dance and twist to different sounds and we’ll relax and unwind together in story time.
Yoga Time Yay is where children can speak and be heard; play and be seen; move and be moved - in mindful and inspiring ways. Where children are encouraged to be happy, calm and confident in who they are. A fun, creative and safe environment for children and teens to engage in group activities with their peers as well as family based sessions. Yoga for children is a wonderful asset to their growth and development. A holistic learning time, which cultivates patience, compassion and respect for the self, one another and all living beings.
Family Yoga is the opportunity to let your child lead you through a part of their world, on their terms and timing. Being a parent or carer of children is most rewarding. It can also be isolating and tiring. Parents and families can benefit from this shared, non-competitive environment as we pay attention to one another, achieving a sense of time well spent together.

Yoni in sanskrit means the sacred temple or the gateway to the universe and is used to refer to a woman’s vagina. In tantra and taoism it is referred to as a cosmic gate where everything is born from. As the most feminine part of your body she is very receptive and sensitive, holding a lot of inner wisdom, mystery and power.
Many women feel a lot of shame and taboo around their yoni and sexuality causing a huge disconnect from their pelvic area, the center of the vital, creative, sexual force. We often store a lot of unwanted and repressed emotions and beliefs in our womb and yoni that can provoke pain or numbness.
Yoni Egg is an amazing tool that helps us to gain more awareness and sensitivity in our yoni. Yoni eggs are made of different types of crystals but traditionally they were made of jade in ancient China. Jade has a high vibration and is a very balancing stone, therefore it’s a perfect stone to start with.
Consciously using a Yoni Egg can be an effective tool to changing patterns of the cellular memory and assisting in regaining a healthy balance in the sensual tissues. It also enables you to start perceiving your yoni in a new way and even grow new nerves in the yoni and pelvis and therefore expand your pleasure potential.
The egg helps to tone the lower abdomen and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic and urogenital diaphragms, which serve as a floor for all our vital organs. When these muscles are strong they prevent leakage of our vital force and sexual energy.
This workshop will be held in a safe space in a circle of women where every single woman will be encouraged to respect her own needs and limitations and go at her own pace. Yin Yoga spring immersion ~ with Johanna Hellinger

Spring is a quintessential time of creating, cleansing, activity, growth and renewal. It’s also an auspicious time to focus on releasing emotions - specifically those rooted in anger, resentment, frustration, and lethargy. In order to support ourselves in this time of transition, it’s important that the energy in our body and organs is circulating well. With compression, decompression, stretching and myofascial release techniques you can effectively energise or slow down the flow of chi to maintain physical, emotional and mental balance.
Yin Yoga originates from Taoist Yoga and is a slow and gentle form of Yoga with passively held positions to gently stretch joints, ligaments and connective tissue (fascia). We will start our immersion with a short Qui Gong practice and then relax into Yin Yoga Positions close to the ground that we hold for a minimum of 2-6 minutes. There are no adjustments or breathing techniques, you are simply invited to become the observer of your own internal energy movement (sensations, thoughts and emotions).
Each Organ is connected to the Meridian system and to one of 5 basic elements. In Traditional Chinese Medicine Spring is associated with the Wood element and the Liver, the largest internal organ in the body that is responsible for detoxification. We will employ yin yoga poses to connect and cleanse our liver energy, which will also allow us to cleanse our emotions, clear out stagnant energy and see more clearly.
The immersion will take you into stillness and incorporate the theory and philosophy of Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine and myofascial release techniques.
