A Journey through 5 Elements, Yin & Yang Yoga ~ with Johanna
Balance the 5 Elements within yourself according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM):
Water (Winter) - Wood (Spring) - Fire (Summer) - Earth (Late Summer) and Metal (Autumn).
All 12 Meridians (energy lines) are connected to the seasons of the year and the 5 elements. Learn about the Meridians and acupressure points that effect the movement of "chi" (energy) flow. Through Massage, compression, stretching and myofascial release techniques you can effectively energise, detoxify or slow down the flow of chi to find physical, emotional and mental balance.
Yin & Yang Yoga originates from Taoist Yoga and is a combination of long held floor positions to stretch the joints and connective tissue (fascia) and dynamic movement to build strength and focus. We will focus on movement with a mix of Yang practises coming from Qui Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga and then relax into Yin Positions close to the ground that we hold for a minimum of 2-5 minutes.
The journey takes you from movement into stillness to observe the effect on body and mind. The workshop will incorporate the theory and philosophy of Yin & Yang and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Johanna is a passionate yoga teacher, surfer and Thai massage therapist. After experimenting with different yoga styles and methods, she completed several yoga teacher trainings with Trimurti Yoga School in India on 5 Elements Yoga based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. Back in Lisbon she trained with Hadadi School to be a Thai Yoga Massage therapist. She is excited to share her experience and the benefits of Yoga and TCM with you.

The art of letting go - Satsang with Tiger Singleton
An evening of profound life insight and wisdom on the nature of Letting Go, and opening up to a more harmonious life journey. Bring your heart, an open mind, and a genuine willingness to experience a deeper love for what you are. You are sure to walk away with a smile in your soul.
About Tiger Singleton
Born September 1981 in Portland Oregon USA, Tiger is a rare breed of playful chaos and compassionate directness. Considered by many to be a modern-day mystic in the disguise of a normal dude, he has an innate ability to articulate the human experience and point you back to a space of freedom and wellness.
Tiger currently lives in Portugal and holds regular events and retreats in the Lisbon area, while also occasionally traveling to Sweden, Denmark, Holland, and Switzerland.
His invitation is for you to get clear about your inherent connection with all that is, so you might express yourself with greater love and joy in today's world. Tiger is also an author of multiple books and celebrated poet.
What other people say...
I attended a festival event with Tiger and a weekend of Satsang in Amsterdam and the Portugal 9-day retreat. I'd highly recommend going to anything he's leading. It's a rich experience for those who are really ready to let go of their identities and get in touch with true peace and joy. Tiger's teachings are refreshingly simple whilst deep, and able to make a powerful change to one's perspective. ~ Jennifer Harmony | Scotland
Satsang with Tiger is a rare opportunity to open and surrender into the sincerity of our ever-present true nature. Through the grace of Satsang I opened into receiving and embodying divine love; a love that is beyond ideas of personal identity, a love that is always and in all ways present. Satsang feels like the ultimate homecoming where I can rest in the divinity of all things. ~ ~Libby Kinsela | Australia
Tiger is for me playfully a master space creator/allower. In a paradoxical way, he allows the space of right now to be seen/felt. This space is deepening for me more and more which means greater allowance for basically everything: myself, others, situations, and circumstances. There is such peace, ease, and joy. Beyond words. Gratitude from the bottom of my heart for this man. ~ ~Sonja Nartz | Sweden

Lullaby Workshop and Song Circle ~ with Anna Grabner
In a time where I am becoming a mother again myself I invite you to dive into the world of lullabies with me.
Lullaby Workshop (15-16.30h):
Dear Mothers-to be,
the Lullaby Workshop provides a safe space for you to bond with your baby through the vibration of your voice.
Humming and Singing to your baby has many benefits, most importantly to nurture your unique connection with your baby:
During the Lullaby Workshop we will begin with some simple voice meditation practices to connect with ourselves and to learn how your voice can help you connect with your baby.
Then I will guide you to connect with each other in pairs, supporting each other through purposeful humming and singing to the womb. Maybe a melody will come up that you would like to continue developing at home to sing for your child. At the end of the workshop we will all sing a lullaby together.
Many people are afraid of having to sing. I share with you that it is the most natural thing to let your baby hear your voice, so it is not at all about having any singing experience. The baby feels your vibration from around 4 months already and also slowly then begins to really hear you. Therefore, it is about being more present and aware of the connection you are already creating as a family.
The Lullaby Workshop is designed for Pregnant Women from Week16 onwards when the baby becomes more sensitive to sound vibrations.
For more information about the Benefits of Prenatal Singing during Pregnancy and Singing as Birth Preparation please view: http://www.yourvoicemoves.com/motherhood/
After a 30min Break (where you can also have a nap in the studio) we invite more families and their children to join their voices with ours.
Song Circle (17-18h):
please come and sing with us. The idea of the Song Circle is to
sing simple songs together to strengthen our community. This gathering is also a safe space to share experiences of parenting, if you wish to.

Awakening Intuition: Kundalini Yoga Workshop ~ with Natasha Viitasaari
The theme for the April 6 -7 weekend Kundalini Yoga Workshop is Awakening Intuition - Cultivating the Practice of Divine Sight. The focus is on the Third Eye and its corresponding faculty of intuition.
As we become more aware we begin to use the senses in a different way, our perception has more clarity and it may seem that we have access to new levels of understanding. Intuition is capacity that we all possess but like all of the senses, it must be utilised to fully recognize its gifts.
The weekend will consist of two separate workshops, connected by the theme but each day is a stand alone workshop. The sessions are complementary but not requiring the knowledge or experience of the related one, so it is possible to attend either Saturday or Sunday alone.
In Awakening Intuition you will be introduced to the concept and philosophy of the Third Eye and Intuition. Through Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and Meditations you will be able to experience and work with this level of awareness and perception. By using a combination of asana, pranayama and mantra the participant is able to align with and tap into this unique facet of their own personal power.
Each day the workshop includes:
- A brief introduction to Kundalini Yoga and the concept of the Third Eye
- Kundalini Yoga Session including Kriya and Meditation for the Third Eye or Intuition
- Take home materials including tips and practices for strengthening and working with intuition in you own life and personal practice
- No previous experience of Kundalini Yoga is necessary, suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced.
There is limited space available, please email or message to pre-register.
The weekend workshop is connected by the theme but each is a stand alone workshop, it is possible to do just the Saturday or Sunday session alone.
Natasha Viitasaari, Mitpal Kaur, is an international teacher of Kundalini Yoga. She discovered this branch of yoga in 2006 and was completely transformed. She became a KRI Certified Teacher in 2012. Natasha has taught in Finland, Portugal and Indonesia.
By sharing the beauty and wisdom of these teachings her own practice has deepened and the Golden Chain is extended.
Natasha Viitasaari is devoted to changing the world through the transformation of her own internal environment and dedicated action in her external environment. Community Acupuncture ~ with Hayley Enright
Enjoy a relaxing acupuncture treatment in a group setting at 75% off the regular price.
It’s the perfect time to try acupuncture if you’ve never had it before, to enjoy a unique experience with a friend or family member, or just to save money on feeling good.
Acupuncture has been practiced for thousands of years in Asia. Traditionally friends and family do it together. This is known as “community acupuncture.” Much like a group meditation session, you’re gathered in one room, relaxing quietly and peacefully in a healing environment as your body is restored and finds balance.
What can it help?
How does it work?
Hayley will chat quietly with you about what you need, then direct you to get comfortable on a yoga mat or chair. She will take your pulse and look at your tongue, then gently put in the needles. You’ll rest while your body relaxes during treatment. Sessions last 30 minutes (so please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the end), which is plenty of time for the acupuncture to do its work.
At our Therapy Space, Sala 28, 4th floor!
How much is it?
At 75% off the private session price, Community Acupuncture is only 15€.
No reservation necessary, just bring yourself!

Yoga Immersion: Happy hips ~ with Katrin / Imersão de Yoga: Ancas felizes ~ com Katrin
This immersion workshop offers a fun and in-depth exploration of movement and individual postures with the aim of finding more space in the body and accessing deeper strength and a more congruent alignment. We look for ways to create the conditions in the body so great movement feels effortless.
The Scaravelli inspired approach is an invitation to play with gravity, free the breath and find space in the body to allow it to move to its full potential. That way the body can start to work deeper and move more freely into yoga postures, exploring how these openings and connections can help us un-do habitual (and potentially painful) holding patterns. Then we can embark on a journey of restoration and transformation.
Date: Sunday 19th May
