FREE morning practice for the whole month of November
Do you feel in need to charge your energy household for the shorter days to come, boost your immune system, dust off your habits, and do a little autumn detox?
Join Katrin every morning in November for a 30-minute practice. This is a great way to explore the benefits of a daily practice and gain some easy to follow ideas for practicing on your own at home. Katrin will share 'her' routine, which can involve Yoga, Qi Gong and movement, as well as breathing or meditation.

Your choice - practice in your own time, at your own pace, or go all out. If you are joining LIVE every day, maybe you want to go even a little deeper. Here are some ideas:
- add a little detox, for example start your day with a glass of warm lemon water, or only eat fruit until 12pm, or cut out all dairy for the month
- try some journalling
- go for some long autumn walks
- make time (1h per week) for learning something new
