Breathwork journey with Nicolas Bal
Breathwork is a term used for various breathing techniques and practices. The practice involves consciously changing our breathing patterns to help us relax, reach a flow state and access our subconscious. In these group sessions, Nicolas will teach you a simple technique, based on circular connected breathing, that allows you to efficiently, and safely reach this altered state of consciousness. Through an intricate journey blending storytelling and curated sounds, you will be guided through every step of the way.
For each participant, no breathwork session is the same. Your breath will meet you where you are, on that specific day and show you what you need to express. All ranges of emotions might come up - joy, anger, sadness, peace… All are welcome. Most breathers agree that it feels like your mind and body gets a full reset, leaving you with a renewed sense of self. Let the power of your breath guide you.

Good Morning Breathwork
In these morning group sessions, Nicolas will guide you through a combination of energising breathwork exercises, a short journey with curated sounds, and some light movements to kick-start your day.
Nicolas is a certified breathwork facilitator (Core Healing Breathwork - 125h). He combines his experience as a DJ and extensive knowledge of music to create a unique breathwork journey. He is passionate about non-ordinary states of consciousness and continuously learning about various holistic practices and psychedelic therapy, harm reduction & integration.
