A nourishing autumn journey of breath, touch, and coming home to yourself.
In this intimate evening of breathwork and bodywork, we come together to soften, release, and reconnect - with ourselves, our bodies, and what truly matters. Through conscious, connected breathing and gentle, trauma-informed touch, we create space to return to the body, to feel supported, and to go deeper into what wants to move and be met. Perfect for this season of autumn, when we begin to turn inwards, this practice invites reflection, release, and reconnection - aligning with the body’s natural rhythm to slow down and listen more deeply. We begin with some sharing, somatic exploration, self-touch, and playful partner exercises to help you arrive and attune to your body. Gentle bodywork will prepare you to breathe more fully and effortlessly. During the breathwork journey, you’ll be supported by both facilitators through touch and presence, guided by music and held within a safe, nurturing space. The evening closes with soft touch, rest, and sound for integration, followed by sharing, tea, and cake - an opportunity to ground, reconnect, and come home to yourself. The breath and the body become our medicine - quietly powerful, deeply honest, and always yours. Two facilitators, a small group (max. 8 participants), a lot of personal attention.
