In a 1-2-1 session, we will focus on mobilising the spines and joints while creating strength through elongation. The Gyrokinesis Method will give you a chance to address your alignment and technique while releasing and stretching areas we often ignore. This method is also excellent for enhancing your current movement practice and relieving injured areas.
