Healing Breathwork with Rio Otoya
Healing Breathwork helps us release stuck energy and trapped emotions. We breathe to access an expanded state of consciousness. In the end, we come out feeling lighter and more connected with ourselves.
Healing Breathwork benefits anyone who seeks more inner clarity, peace, or groundedness. This Breathwork is practised lying down, similar to Holotropic or Rebirthing. We use evocative music, scents, verbal guidance, and healing sounds. The sessions last 90 minutes and include a segment for sharing or questions. What to bringPlease bring a water bottle, comfortable warm clothes, and an eye cover or mask. Breathwork may heat up the body and make one sweat, so bring an extra shirt. Wear regular but comfortable clothes.
Dos & don'tsAvoid alcohol or recreational drugs before the practice. Don't practice if you are in the late stages of pregnancy, suffer from epilepsy, or have conditions like psychosis.

About Rio
Rio Otoya is a Holistic Guide & Breathwork Facilitator. He integrates training in Yoga from India, mindfulness from London, and shamanic training from Peru. Rios's 1-to-1 work focuses on helping people navigate major life changes. He formerly lead mindfulness and mentoring programs at Google UK.
