In these uncertain times it is important to take care of oneself - both physically and mentally. These series are designed to give you tools to access calm and remain grounded, despite what may be happening around you.

For the next few months the focus of the meditations will be on sound. Join us as we explore a variety of transformative techniques from the yogic tradition that use sound as a powerful tool to soothe the mind.

Techniques include:

Chanting: Engage in ancient mantras that resonate deeply within, aligning your energy and bringing a sense of calm. Chanting has been shown to lower stress levels, improve mental clarity, and boost mood.

Active Listening with Singing Bowls: The harmonious vibrations of singing bowls create a soothing soundscape that can reduce anxiety and promote deep relaxation. Did you know that Studies reveal that listening to these sounds can lower blood pressure, decrease heart rate, and enhance overall well-being?

Exploring Silence: Embrace the stillness between the notes, a practice that sharpens awareness and fosters mindfulness. Research suggests that moments of silence can trigger the brain's relaxation response, thus enhancing cognitive function and emotional stability.
