We have a dedicated and experienced team of teachers working with mothers to be, supporting them on their journey into motherhood. Our offerings include Pre- and Postnatal Yoga and Holistic Birth Preparation and Postpartum support.
Holistic Birth Preparation Course with Seed of Life (Milagros & Rosanna)

About Seed of Life
Milagros and Rosanna share their passion for the transition from woman to mother. They see birth as a powerful rite of passage into motherhood.
With their programs they support women throughout the different phases of pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond.
Milagros and Rosanna met at the pre- & postnatal Kundalini yoga training; The mother’s journey in 2017. After completing this training, they founded Seed of Life – Holistic pre-&postnatal care. Their vision is to connect women to their primal intuitive knowing and provide them with information on pregnancy, birth and motherhood from a natural and holistic point of view. They combine yoga teachings and ancient wisdom with modern knowledge to support women practically and physically as well as emotionally and spiritually.
As an experienced yoga teacher Milagros has the talent to get women in tuned with their body and trust its capacity. Rosanna as an Art therapist brings creative self-development exercises to get clarity on personal challenges and how to overcome them. So, every woman can make the most out of this transformational time she is experiencing.

This 4 week course will give you insight and knowledge so that you can go into your fourth trimester with peace. Many women plan their pregnancy and birth to a T and then their baby comes and there is silence and not much prepared. Many women focus on buying all the things, but do not put time into building their support network, planning their healing and getting their body back to balance with food as medicine and body work.
Every week there will be a group zoom meeting with a topic, a discussion and Q&A.
Introduction to transition of matrescence, the importance of the first forty days for healing and bonding and eachother.
Building Your Village/support network. Community is immunity. The key to a peaceful transition into motherhood. Boosting oxytocin for milk supply, bonding with your baby and moods!
Body care & Rest includes vaginal steaming for fast healing. Essential oils and herbs.
Food as Medicine/ introduction to Ayurvedic approach to postpartum. Healing through warm, easy to digest nutrient dense foods.
By preparing your fourth trimester you are supporting yourself in Preventing mood disorders, burn out, challenging dynamics between partners and any children you already have, exhaustion, prolonged healing postpartum physically and mentally.

Amy is a postpartum doula, Mother and a Mothers’ guide, doularing women through the often challenging transition from maiden into motherhood. Becoming a mother is the biggest change that you will go through. Your body and mind will be feeling like a different person in the best way, but any worthwhile change comes with some level of discomfort. Amy can support you through this transition. She is part of the postpartum renaissance where a mother is cared for and nourished by her village after giving birth.
There is a small window after a baby is born where a mother can heal emotionally and physically and she is here to support and facilitate this with nourishing food, body work, birth story processing, building your village and focusing on your peace and joy and more.
Pre-Natal Yoga with Arina
Time & date: TBA
In this class we will practice gentle, sometimes strong and fluid movements, allowing for a deeper connection with yourself and your baby. Each class will end with a relaxation, in a restorative yoga pose, where you can find ease and calm. We will also practice special movements and breathing techniques, which can support you through labour, learning how to relax and soften within the intensity. The class will be taught in English, with explication in Portuguese as well, if needed. You can join the class from 14 weeks.
