Are you feeling disconnected from your body or hyper focused on areas of pain? This class focuses on your somatic experience helping you to reconnect with your body, learning how to give helpful attention to areas of pain and investigating more about what is contributing to it.
Restorative yoga involves deep relaxation utilising yoga props so that the body can fully relax in a safe and supported way. Hands-on adjustments and massage and bodywork techniques will be implemented to enhance relaxation and relief from pain. Hands-on touch can be opted out of, and modified poses will be offered where needed. This class is suitable for all levels and will take place on selected Sundays every month. |
