She exchanged her Austrian skis for a surfboard in Portugal and strives to empower people to live their best lives. With 13 years of experience and a background in Sport Science and Medical Exercise Therapy, Michi integrates traditional yoga with modern science to enhance mindfulness, mental health, and physical well-being. Her yoga journey began with meditation, aiding her through personal loss and leading her to become a certified Yoga Teacher. After leaving a clinical career to avoid burnout, Michi started her own holistic business focused on physical well-being and mental health. She further expanded her knowledge with an advanced education in neuroscience, enabling her to offer even more personalised guidance in pain relief and stress management.
