Explore a number of practices - Yoga, somatic movement and breathing to promote compassion and restore a sense of wholeness. Learn new tools and resources to strengthen your nervous system and resilience, so you might be able to navigate life's challenges with more ease. Regaining more of a sense of Self will affect the way you show up in community. Recordings will be available. |
