Welcome to Little Yoga Space
Little Yoga Space is a place for sharing, healing and connecting. We want to provide a space where people can learn and grow as well as discover their personal journey to well-being and balance. We offer a variety of yoga classes and workshops and everyone is welcome to join and play. We have carefully selected a range of holistic therapies to help restore body and mind. The main hope we have however is to create a sense of community and to give something to the community.
Little Yoga Space is located in the historic heart of Lisbon, a short walk from Rossio and Baixa Chiado, an oasis of calm and peace in the midst of buzzing Lisbon. The groups at the Little Yoga Space are small, which allows for time and attention to be given to each student. The yoga and Pilates classes welcome everyone, regardless of experience, offering options for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Be the Best version of You
When we fully surrender to the present moment and begin to trust, we begin our journey to becoming the Best of Us. The impact this has on our personal lives, on other people’s lives as much as on Mother Earth is profound. Join us for this Healing Sound Meditation to enquire how we can detach ourselves from ego-driven decisions and learn to trust our true Self again.
In this hour and a half we will practice meditation, movement, song, live music and stillness. We begin with some exercises to arrive more fully in the body and to create more presence, so that we can reflect and explore the theme of ‘Be the Best of You’. And we end the session with a healing sound meditation and some chanting.

If you are curious, longing for connection and support from other women and want to explore the feminine in a trusting, sacred space where women are honoured and celebrated, please join us for our monthly gatherings in a women’s circle. The circle is a safe space where we come together to share our hearts, connect to ourselves and each other. It is a place where we can put away any roles that we play in our everyday life and simply be. We are going to do some practices that include and embrace our bodies, our sensuality, our beauty, our strengths but also weaknesses. We celebrate birth and death, bleeding and menopause, the earth and different seasons, our need to go within and our need to express and share.
Martina invites you to come to the circle as if you were walking into a sacred, beautiful temple. Worship the other women as representatives of the Divine, recognising their deepest gifts and most radiant Self. Come to the circle to give, laugh, celebrate, cry, pray, scream, worship, enjoy, play and express your deeper longing and love.

All our yoga and Pilates classes aim to nurture and balance, taking great care of the body and releasing tension to restore a healthy body-mind connection. Some classes include specific breath work and meditation. The groups at the Little Yoga Space are small, which allows for time and attention to be given to each student.

Meditation-Reflection Group with Juan Yusta
Every Wednesday evening
Join us for an evening of meditation practice and sharing our experience, doubts and objectives in the practice of meditation and yoga. The purpose of these encounters for reflection is to debate the major goals and objectives of the spiritual path and the reasons why these goals are not considered as true attainable possibilities.
The idea is not to present knowledge in a class format, but rather to propose topics that are relevant to the subject at hand and establish a conversation about the difficulties and doubts that arise when considering spiritual realization and other spiritual aspirations as true possibilities in our contemporary lives.
Juan Yusta, as a conscious committed aspirant to spiritual realization and an already experienced traveler of the eternal path, will contribute with his experience and insights, acquired through decades of dedicated work to this endeavour.
