Breathwork for Men with TomTuesdays, 19h30-21h
This class is open to all men interested in exploring the transformative and therapeutic power of Breathwork. Breathwork is an active form of meditation where we use a conscious breathing technique to access the subconscious — the place where all of our emotions and memories are stored. Through this practice we can gain deeper insights into our true and infinite nature, releasing past emotional blocks in a very short space of time. After a brief introduction to various Breathwork techniques and their effects on the mind, body, and spirit, we’ll move into a 60-minute guided session of conscious connected Breathwork. Following the session, participants will have time for reflection, a short meditation, and a chance to share their experience with the group. More about Tom |
