In this class you will learn techniques, movements and sequences that help to alleviate the tension and pain patterns that have been building up in your body over time. The focus is on re-establishing communication and vitality in the whole body in order to create a sense of spaciousness and lightness, and to maintain better structural support. Regain mobility and stability and potentially recover from an injury with more ease. A slow, invitational, therapeutic practice will allow you to undo the painful holding and redevelop your innate strength.

Restorative Yoga & Somatics to de-compress with Katrin
This class offers an opportunity to calm and regulate the nervous system. An antidote to the modern lifestyle stresses. The practice begins with some gentle movement to help you come back into a felt sense of the body, and ends with some Restorative Yoga poses for a profound relaxation. A subtle exploration of somatic movement sequences and individual postures with the aim of finding more space and ease in the body to improve your mobility. Hatha Flow with Johanna
Balance body and mind. Starting with a short centring Meditation to connect to the breath, you will then warm up with variations of sun salutations, to then move into, hold and explore positions. Build strength to support your back and shoulders, release tension and find a sense of peace within.

Yin & Yang Yoga with Johanna
Originating from Taoist Yoga, this class combines flowing dynamic movement and active static postures to improve strength and focus (Yang) and passively held positions with gentle stretches and compression to increase flexibility and relax the mind (Yin). The goal is to create a balance between Yin & Yang. This class is a mix of Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong and Yin Yoga to keep the body's connective tissue, joints and ligaments healthy, mobile and relax deeply. Suitable for beginners.

Yin Yoga with Isabel
Though this class is slow paced it doesn't mean that it's easy and as with any practice it's a practice and Yin Yoga is packed with amazing benefits for body and mind.
Yin Yoga is a very different and complementary practice to any other more Yang (dynamic) yoga practices. Time and stillness are the key elements, so Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. The practice works with our energy body, clearing blockages in nadis (meridians) and increasing the flow of prana or chi, improving the health of our organs as well as increasing our energy and promoting a general sense of wellbeing. Vinyasa Flow with Marie
Marie teaches a playful Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on the importance of moving with breath and intention. Marie encourages her students to find a personal practice in each class and to strive towards moving in a way that feels good rather than looks good. Community Meditation Circle with Tessa
Connect back to your intuition, emotions and desires with meditation in between the busyness of your everyday life.
To gently arrive in the space, this class starts with a short practice to connect to your breath and inner world. It is followed by some input and tangible tips on how to connect back to your inner world. Before the meditation, you’ll be guided through some short somatic practices to ground yourself and to support the mind-body connection. The guided meditation (20-25 minutes) differs every week depending on what's needed in the group, e.g. relaxation, feeling emotions, energetic release, heart connection. There is the opportunity to share what’s present for you in the circle at the beginning and at the end of the session (this is voluntary and optional). Spanda Vinyasa with Bruno
Spanda vinyasa is a dynamic method rooted in tantric and hatha yoga teachings and updated by functional movement, anatomy, biomechanics, neuroscience, physiology and psychology. The intention of every class is to be a holistic practice promoting well-being and healing. It integrates asana, vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, mudra, mantra and the five elements.

Prenatal Yoga with Milagros
This class is design to connect you with your body & baby. You will strengthen your body and receive the tools you need to prepare for birth, to relax and trust your body. You will work together to strengthen your nervous system and to explore the body through different exercises. It will include exploring breathing techniques and it aims to bring well being into your daily life!

"Flow and Rest - The Circle" ~ with Martina
This is your time to ground and pause with a short meditation and Pranayama. To cultivate strength and balance through an energising Hatha Vinyasa Yoga sequence. To feel nourished and held by Yoga Nidra - The exquisite art of rest.
This is an extended immersion into Martina's former Tuesday evening class. The first hour's focus is on movement, inspired by the quality of the four elements - earth, water, fire and air. The last 30mins are an indulgent and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra, where you’re guided into meditation to explore the qualities of self-care and self-nourishment. It's a practice that can help improve sleep, relieve stress and increase your energy and creativity. The class includes minor hand adjustments with your consent, use of essential oils and oracle card pulls. Journaling questions for your personal home practice will be shared at the end of the class. Breathwork for Men ~ with Tom
This 90 minute class is open to all men with an openness and curiosity to explore the power of breathwork and its deeply therapeutic benefits.
After an overview of different types of breathwork and its effects on the mind, body and spirit, we’ll spend 60 minutes on a guided breathwork journey using conscious connected breathwork to delve into the subconscious. At the end of the breathing practice we’ll have 20 minutes to creatively re-integrate through journaling and drawing. A playlist is used for the breathing part of the class, usually between 45-60 mins. Occasionally Tom will hold the ankles or the shoulders of the participant. More about Tom |
