Pregnancy Yoga with Deepa
This pregnancy yoga class can help to optimise better positioning of baby, reduce stress, improve digestion, increase comfort in pregnancy, and with more ease in labor and postpartum recovery, and a deeper bond between parent and baby.
This is an active class, where you will practice breathing in a way that helps make more space for internal organs and for baby. This kind of optimal breath can also help prevent excess pressure on the pelvic floor, which often leads to back pain, pelvic pain and pelvic floor problems during pregnancy and post-birth. You will practice using the feet, legs and core in an integrated way to support you through all the physical, emotional and spiritual changes that occur during pregnancy, labour and post-birth. As you move through some more challenging poses, you learn to soften rather than harden through the intensity. This allows you to respond more intelligently and resourcefully, conserving more energy for yourself and baby. This class is based on the principles of the Poppy Yoga approach (Breath, Align, Support, Soften). Please visit www.poppy.yoga for more information. More about Deepa |

Morning Breathing Practice with Katrin / Morgendliches Atmen mit Katrin
Breathing to help you regulate the nervous system. With exercises drawing from self-massage, Qi Gong and Yoga we first free up the diaphragm, chest, neck and jaw, so we can then practice our breathing for 10-15 minutes with more ease. With the breathing techniques we stimulate the ventral aspect of the Vagus nerve, which amongst other things is responsible for the regulation of the bronchi. The healing process of many conditions involving breathing difficulties can be supported with a regular practice. In addition we boost the immune system. Each lesson we focus on a different breathing exercise, which can also be easily done by yourself.
More about Katrin Atmen zum Regulieren des Nervensystems.
