Embodied Yoga & Movement with OliviaThursdays, 10h30-11h30
This class is a non-linear movement practice that cultivates trust in moving from our body's wisdom and guidance rather than our minds, allowing us to renew our sense of connection to ourselves in relationship to life. By forming a rhythmic connection between the body and the breath, we will ground into the present, observe and explore through somatic inquiry, and find freedom in surrender through gentle yoga and movement, giving us space to experience our being as an unfolding process in the moment of now. If you're interested in exploring conscious movement beyond traditional yoga asana and feel called to move from the head into the heart, this class is for you. Beginners welcome! More about Olivia |

Breathwork for Men with TomBack in September
Tuesdays, 19h30-21h This class is open to all men interested in exploring the transformative and therapeutic power of Breathwork. Breathwork is an active form of meditation where we use a conscious breathing technique to access the subconscious — the place where all of our emotions and memories are stored. Through this practice we can gain deeper insights into our true and infinite nature, releasing past emotional blocks in a very short space of time. After a brief introduction to various Breathwork techniques and their effects on the mind, body, and spirit, we’ll move into a 60-minute guided session of conscious connected Breathwork. Following the session, participants will have time for reflection, a short meditation, and a chance to share their experience with the group. More about Tom |
