In this class you will learn techniques, movements and sequences that help to alleviate the tension and pain patterns that have been building up in your body over time. The focus is on re-establishing communication and vitality in the whole body in order to create a sense of spaciousness and lightness, and to maintain better structural support. Regain mobility and stability and potentially recover from an injury with more ease. A slow, invitational, therapeutic practice will allow you to undo the painful holding and redevelop your innate strength. This class is trauma-informed. Restorative Yoga & Somatics to de-compress with KatrinWednesdays, 18h30-19h30
NO CLASSES MAY/JUNE This class offers an opportunity to calm and regulate the nervous system. An antidote to the modern lifestyle stresses. The practice begins with some gentle movement to help you come back into a felt sense of the body, and ends with some Restorative Yoga poses for a profound relaxation. Hatha Flow with MichiMondays, 18h30-19h30
Experience healthy alignment to release pain and free your mind from a busy day. Michi teaches a progressive style of yoga where the latest science meets traditional yoga. Through fluid movements and strength-building poses, you'll leave feeling energized and balanced. Beginners are welcome. This class has music playing in the background. Align & Flow with LisaThursdays, 11h-12h
This all-levels class combines static postures and vinyasa flow, influenced by the Iyengar and vinyasa flow traditions, focusing on alignment to build strength and mobility to flow safely through the postures. Modifications will be provided to ensure accessibility for beginners and those with injuries. My master's degree in mental health and my massage and bodywork training, which emphasize helping people with pain and injury, are utilized in a trauma-informed approach to create a safe space for all. Prenatal Yoga with MilagrosTuesdays, 9h30-10h30
This class is design to connect you with your body & baby. You will strengthen your body and receive the tools you need to prepare for birth, to relax and trust your body. You will work together to strengthen your nervous system and to explore the body through different exercises. It will include exploring breathing techniques and it aims to bring well being into your daily life! Every class has a structure of tuning in, pranayama, a series of exercises/ asana, relaxation & meditation. This class has music playing in the background. Yin Yoga with BryonyTuesdays, 19h30-20h45 Thursdays, 9h-10h We'll be bringing our awareness inwards by focusing on target areas and felt sensation as we gently release tension through the fascia muscular system. The energetic elements of nature and the Meridian system with its connected organs will tie in to the postures, bringing a deeper quality to your practice. This class is for you if: You already love Yin Yoga or you’re a little curious about longer hold postures, the energetic body, and exploring the felt sense though the experiential realm. Whether you're a beginner/new to Yin or a seasoned yogi, there is room for you. Evening classes will cultivate relaxation, release and ease of movement - aiding sleep and a calm mind. Morning classes will encourage Yin energy gently rising to Yang to start your day, working through the main muscle groups of the body. Each class will begin with a short meditation. |
