Daily classes Online

Following the current Covid-19 regulations, all of our classes are running online for now. If you would like to support us during this time, you can add a 2€ donation to the studio at the end of your booking process. We are so grateful for your help!

Advance registration (min. 1h before) is required for all classes.
  Note all times in the schedule are local Lisbon time (WEST). In most of the rest of Europe it's +1h.

To book your place for a particular class, just proceed by clicking on SIGN UP in the class schedule. If you are interested in a 5 or 10-class pack, take a look at the Packages first via the 5 AND 10-CLASS PASSES AVAILABLE HERE link below. 

Little Yoga Space Guidelines in light of Covid-19

[The studio space is currently closed to Covid regulations.]

We are committed to creating a safe space for you. Please help us by following these guidelines: 
  • Please bring your own mat if you have one. If not, please bring a large towel you can put over the mat.
  • Please bring your own water bottle if possible (avoid single-use plastic please)
  • Come already in your yoga clothes 
  • If you like using props and you have them, please bring them. The use of the studio's props will be limited to only Restorative and Yin Yoga classes.
  • Before you come into the studio, please go the bathroom down the corridor to wash your hands thoroughly.
  • Please wear your mask on arrival and maintain distance to other participants. If necessary, we kindly ask you to wait outside to maintain physical distancing.
  • On entry, the teacher may take your temperature.
  • When you come in, take your shoes off and sanitise your hands, again.
  • Put all your belongings into one of the boxes on the shelf and wait your turn for registration.
  • Once the teacher has signed you in, take your place in the practice space. 
  • At the end of the class, please clean your mat with disinfectant (which we provide). If you used any of our towels, put them in the basket on the way out. Take your belongings and leave the studio without spending unnecessary time in the entrance area. If you need to speak with the teacher after the class, wait in the practice space and until everyone else has left. 

We kindly ask you to act responsibly. Do not come to class if:
  • you show any symptoms of Covid-19
  • you show any symptoms of other infections or flu
  • you have knowingly been in contact with a Covid-19 infected person in the last two weeks
  • you are in the ‘risk’ group or care for a person in the risk group

We are making sure that: 
  • Mats, materials, surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant after each class
  • The studio is cleaned regularly
  • The studio is aired before and after each class, and sometimes during class when the weather is nice
  • The groups are kept small to ensure physical distancing
  • The time between classes is sufficient for cleaning and to avoid cross-overs of participants at the space
  • Manual adjustments are no longer made

The online class room - how it works

The online class will take place on Zoom, one of the most stable and widely known online video conferencing platforms. 

The easiest way to access the platform is by installing the Zoom App. You can download it for free here - https://zoom.us/download (ZOOM CLIENT FOR MEETINGS). Best to do this in advance, as soon as you have booked a class, then you are ready to go.

In your booking confirmation email you will receive the unique link to your class.

​Setting up your yoga mat, camera and internet
​

Please set up your yoga mat sideways on to the laptop/webcam. Ideally you have around 2-3m distance between camera and mat. Before joining the class, the app allows you to check your set-up. If possible, have the mat line up with  the bottom of the screen and the whole length of the mat visible. If you don't have enough space, don't worry, we will make it work. 

Turn up your computer's volume as far as it goes, so you can hear the teacher's instructions. You could also plug your computer into the TV.

And you need a stable internet connection.

Sound and Vision

At the bottom of the app screen, you have the option to turn on and off your sound and camera, in case you prefer not to be seen or heard.

In the top right corner of the app, you can choose between 'gallery view' and 'speaker view'. 'Gallery' will give you a grid showing all the participants, 'speaker' highlights and enlarges the image of the person currently speaking. From the 'gallery' view you can also pin someone's image, so it stays enlarged. You could for example pick the teacher's image. 

As long as there is not any background noise, we will leave all participants un-muted, so you can raise any questions for example.
