Womb Wisdom Circle Online (Relationships) ~ with Martina Vonkomerova
Date: Friday 18th of September
Price: Donations welcome
Registration: firstname.lastname@example.org (you will be sent a link to join the online gathering)
Womb Wisdom Circle is a sacred space where you are invited to relax into who you are, to drop into your womb and heart, to connect to your feminine receptive nature and to feel nourished and supported by your inner nature as well as by other women.
It is an invitation for you to learn to honour and respect your unique inner rhythms and to tap into your blood and womb wisdom. In this circle, Martina invites you to connect to your roots, to your essence, to your Inner Wise Woman. What wisdom is she holding for you right now? Can you slow down enough to hear her silent voice whispering what the earth is asking of you?
We will share, breathe, move and meditate together. Womb wisdom circle is a birthing circle, a place to connect with like-minded women, where we can remember our creative and birthing capacity as women, taking responsibility for ourselves and the earth. Let's birth a new world together.
All women welcome! This is an online event via Zoom.

You will be introduced to vocal and non-vocal techniques from Voice Movement Therapy, to understand your vocal instrument within your body better. You will explore the resonant qualities and the malleability of your voice, and thereby reconnect with your innate voice wisdom and rediscover the sound of a more liberated voice.

What you will take home with you
Anna Grabner is essentially passionate about the healing qualities of the voice. As a singer and psychologist she found an inspiring match in Voice Movement Therapy (VMT). Since her VMT training in 2012 she has been evolving her work based on this safe foundation to assist people in reconnecting with their authenticity through their voice. Anna has found that the playful nature of VMT encourages people to unfold their personal stories in guided voice movement journeys. In her sessions she assists her clients in connecting with their authenticity through movement and voice, inviting them to create their own life poems and songs. Her intention is to provide a safe playground for profound and creative self-expression.

Online therapeutic workshops to connect with your authentic self through creative expression
Awaken your unconscious and tap into the existing resources you hold within. Through a variety of expressive arts modalities offered in a non-directive or judgemental way, this experiential workshop is an opportunity for self-expression and self-exploration within a safe and holding environment.
Why Creativity is helping us heal
Engaging in creative arts has been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression as the very act of creating or doing something calms the mind, brings focus to the present moment and increases self confidence by offering the individual a sense of empowerment. Being creative activates right brain functioning, bringing attention to our inner world and allowing us to experiment with different possibilities, explore different perspectives and discover our true potential. Through creative expression we can begin to shift and transform what might otherwise remain unnoticed or unattended to, helping us process feelings, adapt to challenges, tolerate uncertainty and gain a deeper authentic awareness and acceptance of ourselves.
Each session will follow the same format to explore a specific theme:
*No previous artistic experience is necessary!*
These workshops take place on Zoom. You will receive the link once you have registered and made payment.
Kate is a UK qualified and registered Dramatherapist currently living in Lisbon. Scaravelli inspired Yoga Immersions ~ with Katrin Heuser
Dates: selected Sundays, 27 Sep, 18 Oct, 15 Nov, 29 Nov 2020
Price: 20€ per person
A fun and in-depth exploration of movement and individual postures with the aim of finding more space in the body and accessing deeper strength and a more congruent alignment. We look for ways to create the conditions in the body so great movement feels effortless.
In these immersions we will focus on regulating our nervous system and finding ways to return into our own axis, physically, emotionally and mentally.
The Scaravelli inspired approach is an invitation to play with gravity, free the breath and find space in the body to allow it to move to its full potential. That way the body can start to work deeper and move more freely into yoga postures, exploring how these openings and connections can help us un-do habitual (and potentially painful) holding patterns. Then we can embark on a journey of restoration and transformation.
This workshop will take place online via Zoom. Advanced registration required.
Yin Yoga immersion "letting go" ~ with Johanna Hellinger
AT THE STUDIO & ONLINE
Date: Saturday, 17 Oct 2020
Price: 20€ per person (online & live)
online session includes the recording
In traditional Chinese medicine the season of autumn relates to the Metal element and reminds us that flexibility and adaptability are crucial for staying healthy and balanced during the winter months ahead. It is the time where we should let go of objects, habits or relationships that no longer serve us.
Metal reflects our core issues, dealing with questions such as, “Who am I?” “What is my lifework?” “What remains constant in a forever changing world?”
Yin Yoga originates from Taoist Yoga which involves held positions close to the ground to gently stretch the connective tissue (fascia) and release tension that is deeply held in our body. We will start the immersion with a centering breathing practise before we relax into Yin Yoga Positions close to the ground that are held between 3-6 minutes. We will use props like bolsters, blankets and blocks to support ourselves.
This slow and grounding journey takes you from opening your throat, chest and shoulders to a deep release of tension in your lower body and supports digestive function with twists. We will use affirmations to let go of grief and sadness and invite inspiration to our lives.
Johanna is a passionate yoga teacher, surfer and Thai massage therapist.
