Do you tend to have just one of these, or does a combo better describe how you feel? We’re living in unusual times and whether stress is motivating you to become productive in new ways or you’re “hanging in there” to survive, stress is a very real factor in everyone’s life.
That’s why we need simple, effective ways to address it. This workshop is for anyone who wants to recapture their energy and focus so that it can be directed to living well.
Chinese medicine has been dealing with stress and stress-related disease since prehistory. From the beginning of time we have had to learn how to process stress so that it doesn't become toxic. Although modern stressors pose new challenges, the body and the stress response haven't changed for thousands of years. In this free 30 minute online workshop, you'll learn easy acupressure points to unwind the body and mind.
Hayley Enright of Acupuncture in Lisbon has given more than 12,500 treatments. From facial rejuvenation sessions to helping back pain, fertility, immunity and more, she loves working with heart and hands to create health and equilibrium in people. Her youngest patient was 9 days old and her oldest was 95 years young.

Amy is a Vaginal Steam facilitator and helps women to find hormonal balance and a healthy period and especially finds vaginal steaming powerful for women who have just given birth.

Yin Yoga originates from Taoist Yoga and is a slow and gentle form of Yoga with passively held positions to release tension that is deeply held in the connective tissue (fascia). Through Massage, compression / decompression, held stretches and release techniques you can effectively energise or slow down the flow of chi to find physical, emotional and mental balance.
We will start our immersion with gentle Qui Gong to tonify the heart and then relax into Yin Yoga Positions close to the ground that we hold for a minimum of 2-6 minutes. There are no breathing techniques, you are simply invited to become the observer of your own internal energy movement (sensations, thoughts and emotions).
Each of your Organs is connected to the Meridian system (energy channels) and to one of 5 basic elements (Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal).
The Element of Fire is associated with our heart, pericardium and the small intestine Meridian. The heart is the sovereign of all organs and represents the consciousness of one’s being. It is responsible for intelligence, wisdom, and spiritual transformation. As we employ yin yoga poses to open and connect to our heart, it will also allow us to cleanse our emotions, clear out stagnant energy and find clarity so that we can move forward in life with renewed passion and purpose.
In this immersion you will be guided into stillness and the teaching incorporates the theory and philosophy of Yin Yoga, traditional Chinese Medicine and myofascial release techniques.

Scaravelli inspired Yoga Immersions with Katrin

A fun and in-depth exploration of movement and individual postures with the aim of finding more space in the body and accessing deeper strength and a more congruent alignment. We look for ways to create the conditions in the body so great movement feels effortless.
In these immersions we will focus on regulating our nervous system and finding ways to return into our own axis, physically, emotionally and mentally.
The Scaravelli inspired approach is an invitation to play with gravity, free the breath and find space in the body to allow it to move to its full potential. That way the body can start to work deeper and move more freely into yoga postures, exploring how these openings and connections can help us un-do habitual (and potentially painful) holding patterns. Then we can embark on a journey of restoration and transformation.
This workshop will take place online via Zoom. Advanced registration required.

Boost your energy and immune system, train your laughter muscles and fill your heart with joy!
Laughter Yoga combines Laughter exercises, yogic breathing techniques, clapping rhythms and childlike playfulness with meditation. The aim is to release tension and stress and it will just make you feel great. See how Laughter can be an excellent cardio-exercise! Better than the gym. :) We finish with a deep relaxation and Laughter meditation.
