Deep Rest on The Full Moon ~ with Lucy and Martina
Date: Monday 6th February (every first Monday of the month)
Time: 20:00 - 21:30
Price: 27€ per person
Rest, release and receive.
This workshop starts off with some gentle movement and Restorative Yoga set to the rhythm of complementary music, followed by Reiki healing and a deep, earthy Yoga Nidra. This nourishing combo is guaranteed to send you into another dimension of relaxation! It's the perfect antidote to stress and a great way to reset and restore.
The slow and gentle stretching we begin eases us to start dropping out of the mind and into the body. We then move into the restorative practice, which includes longer held postures. The mixture of movement and stillness is a treat for your nervous system and will help to ease stress and anxiety held in the body and mind. To relax is to rest deeply and when we set aside time to truly rest and relax we let our system renew and recover from daily stresses and strains, we let the body & mind do what it needs to do to re-balance. Here we can find some inner stillness and connection.
As we let the body remain still, you’ll individually receive Reiki healing intended to complement your relaxation experience while aligning any energetic imbalances. The practice of Yoga Nidra is our check-in with ourselves, inspired by the Astro sky of the Leo Full Moon which occurs on 5th Feb 2023.

Date: Sunday 12th February 2023
“Creativity itself doesn’t care at all about results – the only thing it craves is the process.” ~ Elizabeth Gilbert
Have you heard about the mind-body connection? What does it mean "to get into the body"? What is creativity? What does this all mean to you?
Each person will be invited to share thoughts as a group and Isabel will guide the participants in a fun and unique workshop designed to really tap into everyone's innate and unique creativity through painting.
In this session you will be invited to soften, allow, be curious, be present, be playful and to enjoy the process of creating freely.
“You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” – Maya Angelou
Join Isabel for a very special workshop to experiment creative processes through movement and painting (Acrylic).
Isabel will create a safe and light environment so everyone can explore how music and varied somatic practices (like dance, yoga, breath and meditation) can help us get into our bodies and access authentic and individual self expression!
Isabel believes that movement, guided visual meditations and breathwork can be a gateway to being more in tune with our intuition and creative self.
This is an opportunity to get out of the thinking mind, out of your comfort zone and to explore with curiosity how fun it can be to paint!

Finding Peace with Gravity - An Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method with Pedro Goucha
Date: Saturday 18th February
Experience the benefits of moving with awareness and ease, and how this can contribute to a sense of openness, connectedness and wellbeing.
The Feldenkrais Method ® uses movement, touch and the enhancement of awareness for learning and personal development. Among other things, this profound approach to learning stimulates attention, concentration, discernment, awareness, mobility and curiosity. Regular practice not only improves daily activities but also assists many in overcoming exceptional challenges. People of all ages and capacities can benefit from this sophisticated method.
In this workshop, you will be experiencing two Awareness Through Movement lessons. These are verbally guided group practices, which encourage enjoyment and ease while learning new possibilities of thinking, sensing and moving. As your movement becomes increasingly free of unnecessary effort, you can develop a greater capacity to align your actions with your intentions. The shift from a goal oriented mindset to an experiential and playful approach to learning has had profound and long-lasting effects in many people’s lives.
If you are curious about this method or find fulfilment in embodiment-based movement practices, this may be an opportunity for you to have a learning experience in a safe and professional environment.
Who is this workshop for?

With this in mind, he founded Embodied Awareness, a platform offering classes, workshops and retreats to anyone interested in exploring how the awareness that emerges from the fields of Somatics, Meditation, Dance and Permaculture may contribute to the cultivation and embodiment of peace and environmental awareness. After 32 years living abroad, Pedro and his family are now living in the Portuguese countryside. Community Reiki & Nidra - Where Deep Rest Meets Healing (low cost event) ~ with Martina
Next Date: Saturday 25th February (every last Saturday of the month)
Contribution: 15€ (saving you 75% of the cost of a private Reiki and Nidra session)
Moments of quietude where deep rest meets healing
An invitation to experience two healing arts at once, in the heart of Lisbon. We begin by creating a comfortable cocoon, and as music soothes your practice, you as a group will continuously receive 45 minutes of uninterrupted Reiki - the art of energy healing. We follow by a guided yoga nidra visualisation meditation to surrender into complete rest and ease.
The art of rest, known as yogic sleep, invites you to open your heart and hear its rhythm. It invites you to experience complete relaxation allowing only an inner awareness of your spirit to be discovered and held. It invites you to look within for all that you desire and honour it by allowing it to surface.
We intend to integrate a sense of belonging during the Yoga Nidra and dissolve any physical and emotional blocks whilst receiving Reiki. We end by returning to our cosy space feeling lighter and well-rested, calmer and realigned.
What might you take away with you from this workshop? Hopefully nothing :) We are intending to leave things behind instead; to leave lighter than when we arrived.
The group treatment offers a saving of 75% of the cost of a private Reiki and Nidra session.

Scaravelli inspired Yoga Immersions ~ with Katrin
STUDIO & ONLINE
Next date: 26th Feb, 26th Mar
Price: 20€ per person
A chance to deepen your practice and to explore.
A fun and in-depth exploration of movement and individual postures with the aim of finding more space in the body and accessing deeper strength and a more congruent alignment. We look for ways to create the conditions in the body so great movement feels effortless.
In these immersions we will focus on regulating our nervous system and finding ways to return into our own axis, physically, emotionally and mentally.
The Scaravelli inspired approach is an invitation to play with gravity, free the breath and find space in the body to allow it to move to its full potential. That way the body can start to work deeper and move more freely into yoga postures, exploring how these openings and connections can help us un-do habitual (and potentially painful) holding patterns. Then we can embark on a journey of restoration and transformation.
Untangle: give grief space ~ with Myrthe Peters
Grieving *is* the healing. Experience this heart work in an intimate setting and let's give it our grief space, together.
Grief is a huge process and holds a plethora of emotions. In our dominant west, grief is not practised openly, nor is our society set up to hold space for the complicated dynamics of the grieving process. The grieving process has a function, and if we don’t tend to our grief, we can find ourselves stuck later in time.
There are times we need to process on our own and when being surrounded by others is what we need. One of the most essential needs of the grieving is for their grief to be witnessed and to find support. This circle is an opportunity to untangle the messiness of this process and is open to anyone grieving; it doesn’t matter how “old or young” your grief is.
How we untangle:
What you will take away with you:
Everyone and anyone who is grieving. It doesn't matter how young or old your grief is.
Please wear something comfortable and bring your journal & pen.
