Thai Yoga Massage
Release tension and relax deeply with this creative body work that originates from India and has been developed in Thailand. Thai Yoga massage can help to relieve common back, knee or shoulder pain, headaches or digestive issues. It can also aid limb stiffness and provides a deep state of relaxation.
It is an excellent treatment to increase mobility and free the body from discomfort, aches and pains.
Thai Yoga Massage is a full body treatment and a combination of energy work, physiotherapy, acupressure and rocking movements. It includes supported stretches and aided movements to release tension in the body.
A Massage usually lasts 90-120min and is given on a futon on the floor in comfortable clothing. The therapist uses hands, thumbs, fingers, elbows, knees and feet to work with, which can give different types of pressure and lead to a deep release of muscle tension.
It is recommended to receive treatments on a regular basis to help prevent disease in the body and promote overall health.

Martina VonkomerovaMartina loves to work with different bodies using the healing art of Thai Yoga Massage. She embarked on this journey in 2015 when she met her teacher Katrin Heuser from Hadadi school. She’s studied different aspects of this bodywork since then applying them on her clients. Thai massage is a deeply meditative practice for her, opening space for a profound relaxation and healing. Her approach is to work more therapeutically, creating a safe space and the best possible conditions for every body to find the innate capacity to heal and balance itself. She loves this body work as it works on all levels of our being – physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual. What never stops to amaze her is how deeply it is possible to connect to a human being through this work by listening and giving full presence to whatever wants to unfold in each moment. Johanna HellingerJohanna has been practising Thai Yoga Massage in Portugal and France since 2015. She has worked at Little Yoga Space Lisboa, in Retreats and Surf camps as a Yoga teacher and as a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner. It all started with a Yoga teacher training in India, where Johanna learnt Thai Massage techniques to guide students into a position by touch and helping them to relax.
Back in Lisbon Johanna completed Level 1 & 2 Thai Yoga Massage practitioner training with Hadadi School of Thai Massage and found a great way to combine her Yoga teaching with Thai Yoga Massage. She has done more advanced trainings since and learned to treat common back, knee and shoulder pain, headaches and digestive issues as well as working with energy to balance the chakras and release blockages and tension in the body.
