Untangle: give grief spaceGrieving *is* the healing. Experience this heart work in an intimate setting and let's give it our grief space, together.
Grief is a huge process and holds a plethora of emotions. In our dominant west, grief is not practised openly, nor is our society set up to hold space for the complicated dynamics of the grieving process. The grieving process has a function, and if we don’t tend to our grief, we can find ourselves stuck later in time. There are times we need to process on our own and when being surrounded by others is what we need. One of the most essential needs of the grieving is for their grief to be witnessed and to find support. This circle is an opportunity to untangle the messiness of this process and is open to anyone grieving; it doesn’t matter how “old or young” your grief is. How we untangle:
Who is this for?Everyone and anyone who is grieving. It doesn't matter how young or old your grief is.

About Myrthe
Myrthe is a certified birth and end-of-life doula, offering people choice and companionship during life’s most significant transitions. The end-of-life space is one of her biggest passions, and she firmly believes that embracing this particular space as an entire chapter opens up a whole new experience of life.
She creates a safe space for individuals and groups to explore and experience death and dying, grief and loss. This space is characterised by comforting transparency, bridge-building between the medical world and our human experience, and simple ways to integrate new perspectives. Additionally, working with altered states of consciousness also takes an important place in her work as this can be a powerful catalyst for healing, becoming familiar with death and grief and, therefore, living life more fully.
