10:30 - 11:15 Breathwork to Connect with Tom
This gentle breathwork session uses techniques to ground the body, reset the mind and open the heart. Using a combination of breath holds and various breathing patterns Tom will guide us back to a place of serenity, calm and clarity.
11:30 - 12:15 Elemental Vinyasa Yoga with Martina
Move the body and the breath as you connect to the four elements - earth, water, fire and air. The class starts with a meditation to ground and an intention to surrender. You'll explore the qualities of each element using different asana in a Hatha Vinyasa style of movement and end with a long, lush savasana to complete your practice. Essential oils and minor hand assists/ support will be offered. The class has no music.
12:30 - 13:15 Yoga for Resilience with Katrin
There are many reasons to feel anxious, overwhelmed, angry, stressed, and disconnected from ourselves and our communities. Explore a number of practices - Yoga, meditation, breathing & resourcing to promote compassion and restore a sense of wholeness.

14:15 - 15:15 Sound Bath Nidra with Gonçalo and Martina
Join Gonçalo and Martina for a sound healing experience with Tibetan Bowls and Gongs (and other healing instruments) that will take you on a journey of inner peace. Martina will guide you into a deep state of relaxation using a guided Yoga Nidra as you continue to absorb each sound vibration. You're likely to emerge refreshed, nourished and totally zen.
15:45 - 16:45 Kundalini Yoga with Amanda
Kundalini Yoga is an effective way of clearing the clouds that prevent us from seeing the infinite dimension of Ourselves, which gets the energy flowing and creates space for the Soul to express itself again.
This practice begins with a short Mantra chant, followed by breathwork and a Kriya, a sequence that ranges from longer-held postures to dynamic movements. After relaxation, it ends with a meditation, which includes chants and movements, that, through the vibration of the sound, connects to a healing intention.

Join us for a feel-good session filled with songs for the soul, ranging from empowering chants to soothing lullabies from all around the world. No experience necessary - we learn everything by ear and we sing for joy, connection and wellbeing.
Come sing with us, mingle, connect and enjoy warm chats over some tasty refreshments.

12:15 - 12:45 Reflexology with Catarina Ribeiro
Reflexology is based on the principle that there are areas, or reflex points, on the feet and hands that correspond to each organ, gland and structure in the body. By working on these reflexes, we reduce tension throughout the body. Energy is always flowing through channels or zones in the body, which end up forming reflex points in the feet and hands.
When this flow of energy flows unimpeded, we remain healthy, and when it is blocked by tension or congestion, illness occurs.
Through the treatment of reflexes, blockages are undone, and harmony is restored to all systems.
Treating one foot at a time, we work on the reflections of the sole, sides and instep, using appropriate digital techniques. Some of the benefits are reduced headaches, constipation, improved digestive system, lower back pain and kidney problems.

Reiki Healing invites us to surrender to that which is bigger than us - energy. It's our vital life force that flows through every cell of every being, reminding us that we are all connected and that disharmony and disease comes from disconnect. As you rest lying down or seated to receive Reiki through gentle touch, you and the practitioner are both intending to dissolve any blockages in your body which are preventing you from a full, joyful experience of life. Reiki enhances any traditional, allopathic and other complementary treatments.

Whether you’re holding onto past hurts or recovering from physical and emotional pain, tapping on a sequence of specific points, located on your face and upper body, can ease you back into a sense of balance and peace.
Melting away negativity, untangling anxiety or clearing fears, addictions and low-moods are some of the disharmonies that tapping can help tackle. By applying gentle, but firm pressure, in a tapping motion to stimulate the acupoints along the path of meridians, together with the practitioner, you address the ball of tension and stress that it's so accustomed to be carrying, restoring your natural sense of feeling good...really good!
