Reframing your Fascia ~ 6-week online course with Kirsten Wilkinson
Are you feeling stuck or stagnant in your current wellness routine? Are you noticing that your flexibility isn’t what it used to be? Are you wanting to improve your posture? Do you have lower back pain, headaches, or other body aches that seem to have no source or reason?

The approach of this class is based on both scientific methodology and personal exploration. Kirsten focuses on 5 of the 12 major fascial lines in our bodies for this series. Classes will include breathing exercises, elongating asana flows, connective sequencing for specific intentions within the body, invitational language, as well as extra resources, videos, articles, and practices you can explore on your own to keep your fascia fluid. This class is for you, if...
