This 30min Yin Yoga routine with Johanna starts with a self massage and gentle movement to get your energy / "chi" flowing, followed by stretches for the connective tissue (fascia) along the side body, outside / inside of legs and some twists to detoxify the liver and keep your gall bladder healthy.
Yin Yoga is a gentle and slow practise to restore your energy levels. Most positions in this video are held passively for a minimum of 3 minutes.
